Structural Bodywork “Rolfig” Treatments with Mitchell

“The Structural Integration (aka ‘Rolfing) sessions create alignment by manipulating fascia (specialized connective tissue) throughout the body, which frees the body to naturally stand straighter and taller.

These deep and methodical sessions are a combination of the Rolfer’s hands-on work and feedback to the client, in addition to the client’s participation through movement during the hour session.
The results of these session include the experience of freedom from old and chronic pain, better alignment and joint movement, and a greater sense of well-being.

While individual Rolfing sessions are deeply effective and the best place to begin, the recommended long-term approach is a sequence of sessions which build upon each other to address alignment, physical trauma and chronic pain.”
