       This week long yoga holiday is a joyful immersion in sun, water, inner and outer peace and offers a fresh, mindful approach to building ones yoga practice while enjoying a fun holiday.

OVERVIEW

The mornings are dedicated to the exploration of different styles of asana, pranayama and meditation practices, while the afternoons can be used to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas which are widely known as one of the most naturally, culturally and historically rich locations in the World.

A small group of maximum 10 participants and highly individual approach are important aspects of this yoga holiday. The support of two experienced 500 RYT teachers allows you to devote time to build steadiness, lightness and integrity in your asana practice (read more about our teachers in the Teachers section of our web site).

YOGA HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

07:30 Morning tea
08:00 Pranayama, meditation and philosophy
08:45 Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga based class or themed workshop
10:15 (or 11:00 on workshop days or sound bath) Buffet brunch and time to socialize and exchange experience with the group.
12.00 onwards free time for the beach, a tour or adventure

Mornings start with a focus on the exploration of the inner Self through the practice of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and discussions on the philosophical pillars of a complete yoga practice. Followed by led asana classes are based on the dynamic and invigorating Ashtanga or Vinyasa style.
Two mornings are dedicated to workshops with a more in depth exploration of different aspects of asana practice focusing on alignment, anatomy and other principles to support ones physical asana practice.

THE BRUNCH

A nutritious and healthy diet is an important aspect of a strong yoga practice, thus we have carefully planned and prepared a wholesome, fresh, and balanced vegetarian brunch from local products with a lot of dedication and love. A flavorful, healthy buffet of grains, nuts, fruits, local cheese, home made breads, salads, vegetables and other delights.

Our Chef uses the inspiration gathered while traveling the world to give classical cooking techniques and traditional foods a personal twist. A vegetarian for over 16years Stephanie keeps searching for new ways of turning everyday ingredients into creative feasts.

Regular Price: 380€ per person inclusive of the yoga programe and brunch

Final balance payable before start date through online credit card payment, or in Croatian Kuna at the studio.

The location of the We DU Yoga studio and accommodation options.

The yoga intensive is held at the We DU Yoga Studio, located on Lapadska Obala 6, a central part of Dubrovnik. There are plenty accommodation options walking distance from the studio, ranging from private rooms, apartments and hostels to 5 star hotels.
Dubrovnik is a very small city, with great public transport, commuting from one end of the city to the other only takes 10-15 minutes by bus, or 30minutes walking, making it easy to get around and explore.

THINGS TO DO IN MAGICAL DUBROVNIK

Dubrovnik region is known to be one of the most beautiful areas of Croatia and the world. Explore the history and culture of Dubrovnik Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage sight, island hop on a day cruise to the Elafity Islands, or simply relax on the beach with your feet in the sea and head in the clouds.
