Yoga sessions are held two times a day. Morning ones are based on a more dynamic and invigorating ashtanga vinyasa style, while the afternoon ones are more relaxed, calming and restorative classes.
Two mornings are dedicated to workshops with a more in depth exploration of different aspects of asana practice.  The calm summer evenings are filled with meditation, chai chats, games and walks.

A small group and highly individual approach are important aspects of this yoga retreat. The support of three experienced teachers allows you to devote time to build steadiness, lightness and integrity in your asana practice. During the retreat we explore different tools that allow yoga (union) to enrich every aspect of your life. Guided by the Yoga Sutra “Sthira Sukham Asanam” we develop strength, comfort and the ability to pay attention and be present in ones life and practice.

The retreat is hosted at an exclusive 4 star mansion situated in the Brsecine Bay, one of the most beautiful locations in Dubrovnik area. Gently elevated, in the tiny hamlet of Brsecine, the villa is privileged to a breathtaking panorama across the glistening Adriatic to the imposing Elafiti Islands. House, pool and terraces are perfectly situated to soak up the extraordinary vista.

A nutritious and healthy diet is an important aspect of this retreat, thus we have carefully planned and prepared a wholesome, fresh, and balanced menu from local products with a lot of dedication and love. Breakfast is a flavorful, healthy buffet of grains, nuts, fruits, local cheese, home made breads and other delights. Dinners are set meals designed to support ones overall well being.

With Dubrovnik region being one of the most beautiful areas of Croatia and the world we have selected trips that offer the best of experiences. Explore the history and culture of Dubrovnik Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage sight, island hop on a day cruise to the Elafity Islands, or simply relax on the beach with your heads in the clouds.

Brsecine was a favorite resort of Dubrovnik’s nobility so it is not surprising that the most famous building is the historic mansion of the poetess Cvijeta Zuzorić, which dates back to the 16th century. Besides villas and old houses for rent in Brsecine one can visit two small traditional catholic churches, St George (or as the locals called, Svetoga Đurda) and St. Anne. St. Anne is a special place for residents of Brsecine as she is the patroness of the region. It is almost unknown Brscine hosts an underwater archaeological site attracting people from all around the world keen to explore the past in some different, unconventional ways. Brsecine beach is a very place for a quiet holiday because it is hidden under the slopes of surrounding hills, emitting peace and tranquility disturbed only by summer crickets in.

On this tour we will discover Dubrovnik’s millennial history that makes it a European cultural centre. History is alive in every part of it – Dubrovnik is a museum city and at the same time a live stage, it represents a perfect cross between the past and the present. Every nook and cranny of this Pearl of the Adriatic, as it is known, hides a treasure. Dubrovnik is surrounded by 1940 meters of unique medieval ramparts preserved in their original form and open to visitors as the city’s flagship attraction.

During the trip we will visit the walls that run almost 2 km (1.24 mi) around the city. The system of turrets and towers were intended to protect the vulnerable city. The walls of Dubrovnik have also been a popular filming site for the fictional city of King’s Landing in HBO’s Game Of Thrones. Protected by UNESCO World Heritage status since 1979, and is among the 10 best preserved medieval walled cities in the world.

The private boat tour to the Elaphity Islands takes us on a whole day cruise of a beautiful archipelago close to Dubrovnik. The islands get their name from the Greek word elafos, meaning deer – in ancient times the islands were apparently home to a large deer population. The islands are covered with lush Mediterranean and subtropical vegetation, beautiful gardens, parks and beaches, and make for a prefect place to hike, swim or simply soak in the glory of summer.
